Some score 9/9 while others score, say, 6/9 or 7/9. We grade each application on the same system.

A 9/9 applicant who applied first would get first opportunity for the unit. If there are two applicants, one scores 8/9 and one scores 7/9, the 8/9 would get the first opportunity to leave the unit and so on.

You do not have to score 9/9 to be approved. If you score less than 9/9 and are the only applicant, the owner can elect to override other requirements and approve of your tenancy.

The only automatic disqualification is a conviction(s) for violent crime.
